When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Klarna. Card payments can be made in the following currencies: AUD, CAD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, PLN, SEK and USD. Invoice purchases are offered to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, UK, Netherlands and Austria. All invoices are transferred by Studiokoncept Öresund to Klarna. Part payment is possible from Sweden, Finland, Germany, Norway and Denmark.
The usual credit check is carried out after the personal data has been submitted to the cashier, in some cases this involves a credit check. A copy of the credit report will be sent to your home address.
The payment term of the invoice is 14 days. In case of late payment, the agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Interest on arrears is charged at 2 % per month.
In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be sent for collection.
E-Commerce SHORT
Payment by card is made in accordance with current rules for online payment in Sweden and the EU.
We use Svea Ekonomi/Webpay's hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution.
We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard. The money will be reserved in your account at the time of order.
All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) very securely encrypted.
No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments 3D-Secure - a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard to securely validate the consumer for online purchases.

2. If we have spoken on the phone or had email contact, you can also receive an invoice by email or post and prepay to Studiokoncept Öresund's bankgiro or simply Swisha the amount. .
3. The classic way with cash on delivery is of course fine!
General rules
The rules of the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act are followed and you need to be 18 years old to purchase.
Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information about the purchase. Save the order confirmation for possible contact with us. All orders are considered binding. We reserve the right that an item may be out of stock, printing errors, changes in price lists and other factors beyond our control.
Law of Aggression
According to the Distance and Home Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods without any special reason. This is provided that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, i.e. not damaged or destroyed. You may examine and test the product but not use it. The product must be returned in its original packaging. When transported by post, a transport package must be used. You as a customer are responsible for the return freight when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days.
Open purchase does not apply to special orders, products not in stock, specially ordered at the customer's request.
Refunds will be made to the card/account used for the purchase.
Please contact us before returning the product. As soon as we have received the product and checked it as described above, your money will be refunded.
Guarantees
New products have a 12-month warranty and a 3-year guarantee. Pipes and demo and used products have a 3-month warranty.
What you can complain about are so-called original defects, i.e. defects that were present on the goods at the time of purchase. You cannot complain about defects that are due to normal wear and tear or that you have caused yourself. For example, if you have a front and rear panel and have put them on in the wrong order. In the event of a defect in the product covered by the warranty, Studiokoncept Öresund is entitled by law to repair the product for the same defect up to three times and then offer the customer a new product with equivalent performance, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. If the buyer has benefited from the product, the seller is entitled to make a deduction for this. All warranty obligations expire when the customer or any other person disassembles the goods or breaks the seals on the goods. Please note that the warranty is an agreement between the seller and the buyer and that the warranty does not automatically apply to a resale.
Complaint
If an item is defective or misdelivered, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest. You will receive a prepaid return label for return shipping. Please return the item in the condition in which it was received, accompanied by a damage or fault report, and you will receive a faultless or correct item.
Products must be in new, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. Please return the goods together with the invoice (or a copy of it). Fill in the reason for the return on the back of the invoice! NOTE! Before returning defective/delivered goods, you must contact us to have the claim approved and the return postage paid. Studiokoncept Öresund does not pay for redeeming an item that has been sent by post in advance, for example.
If the item is found to be in perfect condition after return, you as the customer pay for troubleshooting and any freight to and from the repairer.
Undelivered shipment
For shipments that are not redeemed but returned, a fee of 495 SEK will be charged.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes between 3 - 7 days. Otherwise, we will contact you. Studiokoncept Öresund is responsible for shipping to the shipping company's delivery point within Sweden with DHL or Postnord. If you wish home transport, you pay the full transport cost. If the product is defective, Studiokoncept Öresund will pay the return freight. If you regret your purchase, you as a customer pay the return freight. If the product is damaged or lost during transport from us, Studiokoncept Öresund is responsible for payment. However, you must notify us within 14 days.
If the product is damaged or lost when you return it, you are responsible for payment.
Goods can of course be picked up by appointment at Studiokoncept Öresund's home address: Nordmannavägen 24, 224 75 Lund.
If you live in the Lund area, I will try to drive it out myself if possible.
