The Line Magnetic 805iA is an integrated tube amplifier that uses the 805 triode tube in a single-end design that operates entirely in Class A and achieves a full 2 x 48W. The 805 tube was used by radio stations as a transmitter tube.
What you need to be aware of is to check your surroundings. If there is a transmitter mast in the immediate vicinity, it can interfere with the amplifier and create a humming sound. Otherwise, this is a great amplifier for speakers with lower sensitivity and/or large rooms.
