Gold Note celebrates 10th anniversary with new turntable
The Gold Note Mediterraneo X is an innovative turntable that blends tradition with technology to meet the needs of analogue enthusiasts looking for a next-generation turntable with advanced and authentically high-quality features. This turntable takes inspiration from the iconic Mediterraneo and celebrates Gold Note's 10th anniversary. Includes: B-7 Ceramic tonearm and smoked acrylic plastic dust cover.

Touch screen display
All functions of the turntable can be controlled from the touchscreen display, making it possible to fine-tune the speed and torque of the motor to ensure it is perfectly synchronised with the type of LP and music being played.
Needle wear timer function
A new timer function records the amount of time the needle is used, so the wear on the needle sharpening can be monitored.
The disc platter
The turntable is made of machined solid aluminium and has a composite design thanks to the addition of POM to minimise vibrations. It weighs a total of 7kg, ensuring excellent stability and maximum precision of the rotation speed.
Turntable plinth
consists of three components: an aluminium body (also machined from solid material), a 3mm stainless steel plate and finally the lower plinth made from solid Italian wood that reproduces the catenary curve, the famous shape that Gold Note has borrowed from the works of Michelangelo and Galileo and applied to its turntables to achieve the maximum possible structural rigidity with constant mass and dimensions. This enables the turntable to deliver outstanding performance in terms of detail, dynamics and reproduction. The three elegant feet are made of anodised aluminium and are height adjustable and the back is equipped with top quality RCA connectors.
Belt drive
The turntable is belt-driven and powered by a proprietary control system developed on a Quadral-Core microcontroller that is amplified by an audio converter. This ensures the perfect functioning of the 12V synchronous motor, without vibrations or variations in speed. The power supply unit controls the motor electronically and makes it possible to fine-tune the speeds of 33⅓rpm and 45rpm. The settings are of course stored in memory.

The PST-10 is an external power supply specially developed for the Gold Note turntable. On the back of the PST-10 you can choose between 18V, 26V and 34V. It is set differently depending on which turntable it is connected to. To ensure quality, Gold Note has developed its own silver cable. Read more in the tabs below!
Gold Note PH-1000 Phono amplifier

An incredibly competent phono preamp. You can play virtually any disc as it's meant to be thanks to more than 40 available EQ curves. If those aren't enough, you can even customise the EQ curves manually by adjusting three main parameters. With 14 different gain levels, 14 impedance levels for MC pickups, and 6 capacitance options for MM pickups, the PH-1000 should be perhaps the most complete phono preamp on the market.
