The LM-88IA is a push-pull design with 4 KT88 tubes operating in class A.
The LM-88IA offers 2 modes : Automatic (2x42W) or fixed (2x30W). You choose the mode that suits you, your speakers and your music.

The Line Magnetic LM-88IA is an integrated amplifier that uses two pairs of KT-88 Push-Pull tubes for its power stage and for its tube pre-stage: 6CL8A and 12BH7.
It has 42 watts per channel and is a Class AB integrated stereo amplifier with KT88 (JJ Electronic) output tubes and 6CL8A (Mullard) and 12BH7 (Electro Harmonix) input tubes. The LM-88IA amplifier can work in two different ways: Auto-bias or Fast bias. You can choose the one you prefer. The output power for Auto-bias mode is 45 watts while for fixed bias it is 30 watts per channel. Specially designed Toroidal transformers made of Z11 Core for the power supply and two Japanese audio class EI types of wide bandwidth output transformers are applied. All transformers and coils are encapsulated and installed separately on the amplifier to avoid and lower the interference between each other.
